Draft2Digital (D2D) is an awesome online site that helps independent, self-publishing authors distribute their books to the following sellers:

  • iBooks
  • Barnes & Noble
  • Kobo (including Kobo Plus)
  • Inktera (formally Page Foundry)
  • Scribd
  • 24Symbols
  • Tolino
  • Playster
  • OverDrive (libraries)

I currently use their services and I am honestly very happy with them, so I’m promoting their site here. Click this link to sign up for their free services. You don’t pay anything. They make money by taking a 10% cut off your earnings per book. So, they make money when you and I make money. And in full disclosure, that link to their services is one of their strategies to get more users. For them, the more users they get, the more potential money they can make. And I get a share of their earnings for new authors who use that link to sign up for their services (not a share of the author’s earnings; the author makes the same amount as usual). You can also promote their services for a share of their earnings after you sign up.  Anyway, I’ll write a post on D2D soon because I really do consider them to be a great website/business, offering an easy-to-use and helpful service.
